Description

We are currently seeking a caring, compassionate, person centred  and enthusiastic individual to join our team! We are hiring for a Team Lead in our Langenburg Group Home working Mon - Fri 7:00am - 3:00pm, On-call every 4th week.

The role may include but is not limited to:
-Scheduling within home.
-Staff supervision.
-Effective communication with upline management.
-General house management, ordering of supplies and overall upkeep and maintenance of home.
- Implements person centred plans
-Provides personal and physical supports and care to participants as necessary (i.e. feeding, dressing, bathing etc.)
-Acts as a positive role model
-Understands and follows both positive and behavioural programming
-Stores, administers, and documents use of medications
-Provides overall life enrichment to individuals through both positive programming, community outings etc.
-Cooks, cleans and reports  maintenance concerns as necessary
-Other duties as assigned
