Job Title : Food Service Supervisor
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: C$14.00/hr based on 30-36hr/wk
Benefits: 15days paid Vacation

Language: English
Education: Completion of secondary school
Requirement: At least 1- 2 years experience or Completion of college program in Food service administration, hospitality management or related  discipline    
Job Duties:     
- Prepare food order summaries for cook
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of restaurant
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for restaurant
- Keep records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
