In order to help Pattison Agriculture fulfill its mission: Through teamwork and innovation, we partner with our customers who help feed the world; we are looking for a Parts Manager in Leader, SK. Get in the field with Pattison Agriculture!  

As Parts Manager, you will be responsible for customer focused product support, parts sales efficiency, departmental profitability, and overall department performance. You will market, plan and initiate all parts department functions. Parts Manager will also assist with the attraction, retention, and effective engagement of department personnel.

If you have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Parts Department operations, experience leading and developing others, and exemplary customer service skills, we want to meet you! This would be an ideal opportunity for those currently holding Parts Manager positions, or senior Parts Technicians who are looking to guide significant growth and development of a department.
