Facility: KELSEY TRAIL HEALTH REGION - DIVISIONAL ADMIN
Job Description: Reporting to the Director, Environmental Services, North, the Regional Manager of Support Services is accountable for the planning, organizing, directing and supervision of the Food & Nutrition Services, Environmental and Laundry Services, and Building Services of their designated locations within the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of a recognized Housekeeping and Laundry management program is an asset
Post secondary management training is highly desirable
Bachelor's Degree or suitable combination of education and experience
Graduate of a recognized Health Care Administration program or Food and Nutrition program or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Intermediate computer skills
Must have the organizational ability to implement policies and programs, which requires working closely with executive and all other levels of management.
Ability to be proactive and creative in problem solving and decision making
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with staff, colleagues and the public.
Experience in a multi-site environment
