Job Description: The Clinical Nurse Analyst will be involved in complex, organization-wide eHealth transformation initiatives from idea generation, planning, implementation, evaluation & ongoing monitoring. The Analyst will communicate & engage with colleagues at all levels of the organization to effectively support the development & implementation of the electronic health record through: leading & facilitating the design of screens, forms, data flow & processes (current and future state mapping), documenting enduser requirements, configuring the application (OR Manager), preparing & maintaining the development of test scripts, participating in all levels of testing, providing activation support, participating in enduser training, providing ongoing support & maintenance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
5 years experience working as an operating room nurse.
Minimum 5 years experience working directly with SIS application.
Experience in business process mapping and process redesign required.
Previous experience in application configuration an asset.
Previous experience leading quality improvement projects an asset.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge and experience in evaluation and leading process improvement projects, Continuous Quality Improvement methodology and tools (including Lean), change management and performance measurement
Demonstrated skill in team building, listening, coaching, group facilitation and conflict resolution. Must also have proven analytical, problem and decision making solving skills.
Ability to embrace and champion the process improvements
