Job Responsibilities:
The primary goal of this position is to actively support individuals by:
    Ensuring that they are connected to family, friends, and community
    Promoting opportunities with making meaningful choices
    Provide all personal support care as outlined in the support plan.

    Recognizing moments of potential in developing skills and knowledge
    Applying progressive healthy lifestyle habits by developing routines
    Providing just the right amount of assistance to guide but develop independence as well
    Promoting opportunities for healthy personal choice and decision making
As a Residential Support Worker, you function as part of a team in demonstrating and ensuring that Individuals are provided personal and social opportunities and options which enhance their quality of life.
Mandatory Requirements:
Current First Aid and CPR
PART/NVCI training
Food Safe
Criminal Record check with vulnerable sector
*Must be available for day, evening and night shifts*
