Situated in the heart of Regina, the Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) is one of the largest and most influential event complexes in the country. REAL is a not-for-profit corporation that operates the property, Evraz Place, that hosts the majority of Reginas major events every year, and serves as an important anchor within the tourism industry.

THE OPPORTUNITY AWAITS YOU
As a trusted partner to our business units, the Human Resource Consultant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serving as a leader in Coaching and Change Management, equipping managers to lead their teams and enabling a culture of productive, skilled team members.  
Facilitating the build-out and ongoing administration of more robust Onboarding and Leave Management programs;
Contributing to Organization Design and Job Description projects;
Assisting our managers with performance and disciplinary activities, as necessary;
Building out Recruitment Strategies and processes, along with completing the Talent Acquisition activities necessary to support the staffing processes;
Identifying program ideas, process improvements and development opportunities for the People Services team;
Serving as an organizational culture champions, helping to drive employee engagement.
