THE POSITION
The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the destination marketing strategy for Regina. Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer and working with the Destination and Tourism Regina Director, you will manage all marketing campaigns and content development across Tourism Regina in order to increase economic impact in the community and promote Regina as a place to live, work, play and invest.

Here's what you'll do:
- Execute the destination marketing strategy for Tourism Regina, including campaign development, project management and coordination of content across various channels
- Develop and execute Tourism Regina's social media plan
- Manage the content of the Tourism Regina and EDR's publications and website maintenance
- Develop relationships and work collaboratively with various organizations across the city to implement a coordinated experience for visitors

- The ability to deal with change, make decisions and solve problems
- An organized and detailed multi-tasker

This is the experience you'll need:
- BA in marketing or equivalent work experience
- Experience developing and managing content channels including social media and e-newsletters
- Ability to monitor and report using social media software (e.g. Hootsuite)
- Bonus skills: web development, creative design, SEO, HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, videography
