Description

Working under the direction of the Recreation Services Manager, the Cashier/Lifeguard/Instructor is responsible for the proper administration of registrations, admissions, cash and public inquiries associated with the delivery of a municipal pool program, including lifeguarding and Learn-to-Swim instructing. This position is subject to adjustable days/hours of work including evenings and weekends. If you have the following qualifications, this opportunity will be of interest to you!
-    Lifeguard Certification to meet current Saskatchewan Health Swimming Pool Regulations and Standards
-    Current National Lifeguard, Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Life Saving Instructors and Fitness Instructor Certifications
-    Demonstrated ability to identify and appropriately respond to an emergency situation
-    Ability to deal courteously, effectively and tactfully with the public
-    Ability to work accurately with cash and be fully bondable
-    Working knowledge of computer programs
