Job Summary:
The Reception & Office Assistant operates switchboard, directs calls, responds to codes and alarms and provides information. Provides reception, registration, admission, discharge and clerical services. Hours of Work:
Evening shifts (17:00-21:00) and weekend shifts (hours vary), which is a great opportunity for current students.
Required Qualifications:
-Office Administration/Education Certificate (in progress);
Current students of the above program who have not yet completed the program are eligible to apply on these positions. Successful applicants would be hired conditionally and given two years to complete the course in full.
-Medical Terminology (in progress - successful applicants will be required to take an online course from SHA if they have not yet completed this course).
