POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the registered nurse (RN) Lead is responsible to provide supervision, coordination and comprehensive, quality end-of-life patient care in a home-like setting where patients and families are actively involved. The RN Lead supports an inclusive environment that is culturally sensitive and ensures that privacy, confidentiality and dignity are maintained.  
Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of the clinical care plan, the RN ensures that the physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs of patients and families are met, within the policies and objectives of the hospice.
