Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of workers who prepare, portion and serve food. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule staff schedules on a weekly basis. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Participate in the
Ensure that food and services meet quality control standards
Train other staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures. Address customer complaints together with the manager to operate the store normally
