We are seeking a permanent part-time receptionist for our busy weekend walk-in medical clinic. Hours are Saturdays and Sundays, 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Hours may vary slightly based on the number of patients that need to be seen. Start date is as soon as possible.
We require a motivated, outgoing individual who has a good work ethic and is able to multi-task. Must be caring and compassionate and have good communication skills.
We are looking for someone with medical reception experience and is a self-starter. Experience with Accuro EMR is an asset, but we are willing to train the right individual. You must be a "people person" and have a pleasant telephone manner. Keyboarding skills and knowledge of basic office duties including faxing, photocopying are an asset.
