Melliecent Building and Yard Maintenance Ltd. is looking for a dedicated individual to help us maintain and clean our client's building and facilities.

We are looking to add a contract employee to perform janitorial and maintenance roles, and will be in-charge of the over-all upkeep of the property.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Daily cleaning and sanitization procedures for the whole facility
-Snow removal and de-icing of sidewalks, entrance/exits, and fire exits during winter season
-Spring clean-up (removing debris, litter, snow mold, broken branches)
-Landscaping and lawn maintenance (including weed control, litter pick during spring and summer months, lawn cutting)
-Perform minor building repairs
-Reporting safety concerns to Property Manager
-Monitor site conditions and safety systems as required
-Take electrical, gas, and water meters
-Respond to tenant concerns
