Description

This is an exciting career opportunity is at our Liquidation Centre.
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual who thrives within a fast-paced, fun, and rewarding environment.
The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager and provides exceptional customer service, supports sales staff in generating sales, and participates in all the essential duties necessary to the effective day-to-day operation of the store.
Hiring immediately, but will consider applicants that need to give notice at current employment or need flexibility in start date.    
Preference will be given to applicants with at least one year of full time experience in retail or management.

Responsibilities:
  Supporting staff in day to day sales, inventory management and processing
  Managing inventory and loss prevention
Providing total customer service, including but not limited to- resolving issues, assisting with sales and sales support, warranty/damage and after purchase care, and packaging and delivery prep/loading
All aspects of opening and closing of the store
Ensure store is visually appealing, contributing to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping, store maintenance, and visual displays

Skill Requirements:
  Prefer previous experience in full time sales or management position held for a minimum of one year
Strong leadership and team building skills
Have a strong ability to adapt to different environments or adjust to changes within the store
Ability to communicate well with a team and goal set
Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation
Ability to develop relationships with customers
Computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills
