Kikinahk Friendship Centre is looking for responsible evening and overnight staff to work in the homeless shelter that we will be operating this winter.

The overnight portion will be in motel rooms in a defined section of Drifters Motel, where staff will do all intakes, supervise those being housed, provide security both inside and outside the building, provide some janitorial duties, serve some food during late hours, and keep a log of all activities. Our intent is to always have two staff on each evening and overnight, and one during the day to assist present Scattered Sites staff.

Overnight guests will be transported on weekday mornings from the Motel to our Scattered Sites location on La Ronge Avenue for meals and programming, and returned in late afternoons to the motel.

Criminal Records Check is mandatory and at least one staff member per shift must have a Driver's License.

This position pays Fifteen dollars per hour, ($15.00) plus applicable vacation percentage which will be paid to you on each cheque.
