Facility: DR FH WIGMORE REGIONAL HOSPITAL
Job Description: Reporting to the Transition Lead, Workforce Planning & Employment Strategy, the Workforce Planning Service Delivery Associate (WPDA) works collaboratively with the Workforce Planning Service Delivery Teams to provide support with the development, design, review, delivery & implementation of the of initiatives that will improve recruitment & retention in Saskatchewan Health Authority. In addition promotes, facilitates and fosters a consultative & problem-solving collaborative approach with the provincial WP&ES teams to improve service, achieve goals & resolve issues.
Required Qualifications

A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources management or equivalent combination of training and experience
Experience
- Post secondary education in Human Resources Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in the Human Resources/Workforce Planning field, preferably in a heath care setting
- Experience using various HRIS systems including Gateway Online, My Connection, Service Now
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access Databases, PowerPoint
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail
Knowledge and understanding of the collective bargaining process and the analysis of collective agreement language.
Solid understanding of core HR business practices, including HRMS / HRIS, recruiting, compensation, payroll, benefits, talent and performance
