Radville Community Grown Childcare Inc. is currently looking for a full time Executive Director.
Radville Community Grown Childacre Inc. is a government Licensed, 23 space, non-profit child care centre.
The Director is responsible to the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Manage the day to day operation of the centre
-Supervise the childcare workers
-Hire and train new staff members
-Establish policies and communicate them to staff and parents
-Develop educational programs
-Assist with and work within the operating budget
-Maintain accurate record keeping an ensure the completion of accurate monthly financial statements
-ensure effective communication with families
-Act as a liaison between board and staff or parents to ensure all concerns or complaints are addressed
Personal suitability criteria include:
-effective interpersonal skills
-excellent written and oral communication skills
-proficient computer skills
-office management and organization skills
Educational specific criteria include:
-ECE level 3 or equivalent-combination of education and experience may be considered, or willingness to obtain
-Valid First Aid/CPR
-Food Safety Handling Course
-Criminal record check
