Visionpool Business Services is hiring an RPG Developer to develop and support our suite of AS400 applications.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the quality of the code development process including design, performance, observing coding standards, code review and thorough testing
Analyze and design computer systems with users
Develop queries and reports for end user
Create and maintain documentation
Support users on systems
Troubleshoot system problems
Qualifications:
Expert knowledge in Java
Expert nowledge of RPG programming
Experience with Services Program, API, IFS, XML, TCP/IP communication protocols
Knowledge of the different versions of O/S
Telecom experience would be considered an asset
