The Organization:

The Village at Stonebridge offers independent retirement living in a vibrant, active and safe community.  The Village is part of LutherCares Continuum of Living model and is a fully accredited community.  The Village at Stonebridge offers 159 suites for independent seniors, an intermediate care home, and a licensed Bistro open to the public.  

The Village at Stonebridge is part of LutherCare Communities which has been a leading provider of senior living communities, healthcare and community services for over 65 years.

The Position:

Under direction of the housing manager, the screening attendant greets all visitors and residents at the door of our facilities. This role is to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Hours of Work: 4-6 hours per day.

Wage: $11.45 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Greet residents and guests as they enter the building.
- Provide COVID-19 Screening form and assist with filling it out if necessary.
- Direct guests to complete sign in document, including full name, phone number and time of entrance to building.
- Conduct temperature check of each person entering the building; ensure temperature does not exceed 38 degrees Celsius.
- Offer hand sanitizer at the door.
- Assist with inquiries from walk in patrons, including information on how to contact Sales Lead/Housing Manager.
- Respond to inquiries from those seeking to enter the building, with support from Housing Manager.
- Maintain a clean workspace and entry way.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Minimum Grade 10 education.

Experience: Customer service experience preferred, experience working with seniors an asset.
