Description

As IT Manager reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for aligning the organizations technology vision with business strategy by planning and integrating business processes with the appropriate technology. Our Clients reputation and success has resulted in an expansion of both staff complement and office locations within Saskatchewan.  As the selected IT Professional, you will play a key role in strategic planning and analysis, client/employee working relationships and managing organization-wide technology initiatives.

You will:
- Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Management team in the planning, development and implementation of the organizations long-term technology strategy to support business and client/stakeholder needs.  
- Research, analyze, identify the gaps and recommend the framework/infrastructure required for the delivery of IT based solutions, services and support.  
- Plan, implement and manage projects as directed.   Lead and oversee the daily operations of the IT Department.  Display leadership by committing to a work culture that is innovative, client driven, results oriented and a leader in service delivery.  
- Prepare written and verbal deliverables, reports, manuals and presentations for management and client review.    

As the ideal candidate you will bring:
- Computer Science Degree or relevant technical specialty.  Advanced knowledge of applicable new industry standards, methods, procedures, tools, technology and techniques.  Familiar with a broad range of technologies, environments and processes.
- An extensive and diverse technical background to ensure maximum credibility during strategic planning, business/system analysis, project management, design, development, testing, implementation, application maintenance and related support methods and techniques.
