Performs routine manual labour involved in relation to golf course maintenance. Ability to operate and maintain grounds equipment is required. Must participate in daily set up of the golf course for play, as well as maintain and repair the existing irrigation system. Able to balance supervision with a "hands on approach" and set the proper example for staff in getting the job done. Must ensure a pleasant visit for every guest and maintain effective relations with all users.
