Royal Hotel in Weyburn, SK is looking for an experienced, full-time Cook.

Job Position: Cook
Number of Vacancies: Sushi 2  Western 2

List of Responsibilities:
-    Prepare and cook foods on the menu
-    Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality
-    Manage records of kitchen supplies and ingredients
-    Arrange and garnish dishes
-    Determine size of food portions
-    Assist in developing seasonal/signature menu and house-made sauces
-    Inspect and keep the work area sanitized

Job Requirement:
-    Completion of secondary school required
-    Min. 2 years of commercial cooking experience required

Term: Full-Time (35 - 40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $ 14.00 per hour
Benefit: 5.77% vacation pay ,Holiday Pay
