- Provide remote and onsite support for information systems within the ERPLY system and business environments.
- Work in collaboration with the System and Network Administrators of software provider in maintaining the complete system function including: installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, organized and motivated team player, with clear written and verbal communication skills, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Candidate should possess a diploma in Information Technology or have equivalent industry experience.
- Candidates require a valid drivers license.
- Experience with Grocery store industry will be considered an asset
- Experience with ERPLY system will be considered a strong asset
