Description

We are looking for a permanent, full-time office assistant/bookkeeper.

We are a busy office looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must possess strong computer skills with experience in Word, and Excel, be efficient with an adding machine, typing speed >50wpm, display a high level of verbal and written communication skills. A knowledge of general office procedures and experience with Simply Accounting/Quick Books would be a definite asset.

The successful applicant must possess strong organization skills in order to handle a great deal of paperwork and correspondence. They must have effective management and communication skills to follow projects from start to finish. A professional attitude is a must for this position. You will also need a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for running errands.
