Description

The Saskatoon based Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the professional execution and delivery of our landscape maintenance, and ensuring that all seasonal objectives are met, team members and subcontractors are compliant with service agreements and clients are provided with exceptional customer service. This is a salaried, year-round position that comes with company perks such as a company truck (taxable benefit) and cell phone.
Main Responsibilities
Overseeing the professional execution of landscape maintenance and snow and ice management services within your service area, this includes quality control checks of all sites on a regular basis
Ensuring subcontractors adhere to contractual obligations for maintenance and snow
Responsible for some sales/marketing and acquisition of new contracts in the Saskatoon area
Defining and understanding the scope, standards and expectations of all contracts and services and ensuring they are executed in an efficient manner
Monitoring properties for opportunities to enhance aesthetics, safety, health and value and communicating findings to clients and our sales team
Addressing client questions, concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner

Experience
Horticulture Designations (J.L.G/CNLA Certification, Red Seal, or other)
Snow and ice management designation (C.S.P. or other)
Minimum 3 years industry experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role
Valid Drivers License with G endorsement and ability to provide copy of drivers abstract
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
All successfully candidates must provide a recent criminal record check as part of employment
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Previous landscaping, snow removal and/or maintenance experience is an asset
