Job Description
Under the direction of the General Manager and in conjunction with the Business Development Manager, the Marketing Manager is in charge of all domestic, Canadian and USA sales of our alfalfa, alfalfa blend products direct to end-users and indirectly to wholesalers.
This position will be responsible to develop and implement a strategic plan, including digital marketing for the increased sales of alfalfa soil nutrition products into the soil reclamation, remediation, and organic farming markets throughout North America.
This position will as well oversee other sales agents or commissioned agents employed by WAMCO and work in conjunction with our Logistics and Admin Manager in all functions relating to the sales and movement of the alfalfa products into the marketplace.
