The DoubleTree by Hilton Regina is currently recruiting for a Hotel Sales Manager who will focus primarily on Extended Stay, Corporate Individual Travel, Small Group Meetings and other speciality markets. This position will work as part of the Sales, Marketing and Events team to achieve established revenue goals. The Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales in achieving both financial and service goals through genuine service and by exceeding client expectations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads by contacting and servicing key target accounts with the Corporate market segment and works with the team to maximize lead and coordinate new projects.
- Secure new business through effective, timely and creative prospecting , networking, presentations and sales calls/visits where allowed.
- Negotiate and prepare sales proposals and contracts keeping in mind company objectives and goals, while still maintaining excellent relations with clients.
- Strategize, plan and execute local blitzes, trade shows and or client appreciation when applicable.
