Meimei Chinese Restaurant is looking for a Full Time Food Service Supervisor at Swift Current.The Food Service Supervisor will provide excellent service to customers and be in charge of the restaurant operations  
The main duties for this position are as follows:
Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards;
Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs;
Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports;
Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff;
Organize and supervise shifts;
Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction;
Oversee all front and back of the restaurant operations;
Enforce and offer the best quality of productspossible;
Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience;
Other duties assigned by the general manager.
