We are looking for a highly motivated and extremely capable individual to work as a restaurant manager. We offer competitive wage depending on experience.
Job Duties:
Adhere to strict standards of India Palace restaurant as per guidelines.
Recruit staff and oversee their training and give constructive feedback.
Oversee the marketing plans, sales forecast, and inventory controls.
Resolve customer complaints and deal with any food safety/quality occurrence including recalls with suppliers.
Oversee the Saskatchewan health standards outlined by the provincial health authority.
Responsible for overall store equipment maintenance, fire inspections and look after the licensing authorities to be in good standing.
Requirements:
Minimum one year of experience as a food service supervisor/manager.
Related post-secondary education is an asset.
Multitasking with a focus on customer service.
Proficient in computer use, documentation and communication.
