DESCRIPTION
The Receptionist will report to the Health Director. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a sometimes stressful, high-risk, fast-paced environment, where confidentiality is of the utmost importance. Knowledge and experience in a medical office are definite assets.
DUTIES
check in/check outs.
answering phones.
greeting patients,
scheduling appointments,
faxing, scanning documents into Electronic Medical Records.
provide basic information to clients and the members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a Receptionist/Admin role.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Office Education is an asset.
Personality/Desired attributes.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to deal professionally with members and co-workers.
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize.
