Thorpe Brothers Ltd. has operated in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning service industry since 1946.
To continue furthering this service, Thorpe Brothers is hiring a permanent, full-time Retail Parts & Sales Manager to lead this department of our locally owned company.

Qualifications:
    Personable, self-motivated and detail oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity.
    Enjoy working with public and provide optimum customer service.
    Excellent communication and time management skills.
    Must have knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems.
    Must have knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilation and cooling system parts.
    Be adept at handling fluctuating workloads
    Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities:
    Ensuring our goal of delivering and maintaining the highest level of exceptional customer service is met.
    Ordering and maintaining inventory.
    Sourcing parts and pricing as required.
    Maintaining the showroom displays.
    Determining new customer and department growth opportunities.

Position Includes:
    Hours of Work:  Monday to Friday:  8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
    Pension Plan and Benefit package.
    Wages will be based upon experience.
