Description

Responsibilities:
-Maintain the inter-departmental stakeholder interaction database for various report requirements on projects and activities
-Work with departments to ensure that current reporting requirements (ex. Surface Lease Report, Community Investment) are met and other program activities are recorded to provide input into Oranos reporting requirements (i.e. annual Sustainability Report, CSR Report, Socio-economic Report, etc.)
-Assist with data entry into SIIMS and accurately pull reporting data to generate required reports
-Assist with writing and/or coordinating reports including maintaining statistics and submitting reports
-In coordination with the Northern Affairs Manager, administer the Northern Scholarship program and other scholarship programs as required
-Other duties that support regulatory and community relations and the strategic direction of CSR
-Assist with development of communications materials, including newsletters and electronic communications, publications, and web content
-Maintain the CSR department records

Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Commerce or Business Management or post-secondary education related to Education, Legal, Environment, Engineering, Political Studies, Public Relations or other related disciplines and/or combination of relevant work experience
-Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and in particular Excel
-Effective project management skills including: plans and organizes efficiently, coordinates multiple parties, schedules milestones, understands the review process, and respects deadlines
-Show a passion for Indigenous and community engagement
-Experience working with Saskatchewans Indigenous People and knowledge of First Nation and Metis issues in SK is an asset
-Demonstrated research and data analysis skills

Work Location & Schedule:
-Saskatoon
-Occasional travel to Northern communities and Orano sites
