Description

Applicants are now being accepted for full time position of receptionist/office admin.  Job duties to include:
- Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception
- Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Observing business etiquette and maintaining a professional appearance
- Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing and bookings
- dealing with general enquiries and questions via phone/email
- Maintaining both a digital and hard-copy filing system
- Preparing and drafting correspondence and documents as required
-Setting appointments and managing calendar
- Assisting with various other general and administrative tasks as needed

The successful candidate will posses: excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to draft confidential and formal correspondence.  Attention to detail and creative problem solving skills.  Results focused, taking ownership of quality and execution of assigned tasks. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.  Proficiency in word processing skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Previous experience working in an office environment would be considered an asset.
