Prairie Sky Co-op is hiring a Marketing & Community Engagement Manager at our Administration Office in Weyburn, SK.
What you will do:
You will provide leadership and expertise while implementing programs and initiatives to the marketing, community engagement, and sustainability functions for Prairie Sky Co-op. The position requires effectively working in the following areas:
-    Marketing (local market research, brand/product management, promotions, traditional and digital marketing, etc.)
-    Community Engagement (partnerships with charitable organizations, organize and host co-op events, and other community engagement activities)
-    Sustainability (Creation and execution of the sustainability strategy, tracking of sustainability metrics, and leading employee volunteerism programs)
-    Performance Management (Prepare and carry out a personal development plan focusing on competencies required for the position)
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:
-    You have a post-secondary degree in business, commerce, or marketing
-    You have 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, with prior leadership experience
-    You are an expert in working with a variety of software including graphic design, web page, Adobe Photoshop, Print Shop, Adobe Illustrator, and other similar platforms
-    You are familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media and being able to work with and navigate through them
-    You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
-    You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
