The Town of Kamsack requires an enthusiastic individual to join the town office team as a permanent full-time Assistant Administrator.
This position is primarily responsible to provide administrative support to the Administrator and ensure the efficient day to day operation of the town office.
This is NOT an entry level position.
This position requires a cooperative team attitude, above average customer service skills, attention to detail, a knowledge of accounting and expertise with MS-Office applications.
Qualifications:
Excellent public relations and communication skills
General office procedure knowledge & understanding
Office Experience
Accounting designation
Completion of business courses or graduation from a recognized business school.
A Local Government Administration Certificate or knowledge of MuniSoft Municipal Software applications would be considered an asset.
