Within the Ministry of Immigration and Career Training, the Skills Training Branch, is seeking a creative, proactive and hard-working individual to join our team as a Senior Program Analyst in Regina to develop and implement Skills Training policy and programs across the province.

Reporting to the Director, Program Innovation and Improvement, your responsibilities will include: independently leading projects and programs while applying creative and innovative solutions to problem solving; applying exceptional policy and program development skills to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of, and make necessary adjustments to the basic education and skills training policies and programs for adults; developing and maintaining positive working relationships with program delivery partners, other Ministries and colleagues; and leading and producing options and recommendations to improve Skill Training policies and initiatives that will provide for maximum impact and the optimal use of resources.
