The Parks Division is currently seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated individual who is a flexible team player for the position of Park Administrative Supervisor for Rowans Ravine Provincial Park within the Park Division.

Reporting to the Park Manager, this position is an integral member of the Park Management team and is responsible for: carrying out all aspects of administrative duties within the provincial park, including operation of the park office; support and guidance to management and park staff including coordination and execution of financial and procurement processes; supervision of the administration and customer service staff including staffing;
scheduling, prioritizing work, work assignments and performance evaluation; analyzing, interpreting and resolving a wide variety of inquiries from internal and external clients; and ensuring adherence to applicable Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport (PCS), Ministry of Environment (MOE), Financial Administrative Manual (FAM) and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures.
