Job Description: As a social worker, the incumbent is responsible for providing outpatient mental health services in a professional and competent manner. Such services will be high in quality, effective, and responsive to the needs of the people served.
Required Qualifications

Masters Degree in Social Work
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
Experience
Experience in Mental Health Services would be considered an asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Organizational skills
Communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing conditions
Ability to communicate with and maintain an effective working relationship with clients from diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds
Assessment skills
Other Information

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.

This is a designated field hours position.

Expected Start Date: December 8, 2020
Expected Up To Date: November 15, 2021
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: In a 3 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
