Description

The Estevan Gymnastics Club is looking for a creative and energetic individual to Head the Active Start Program. This program is for children ages two to five years. Gymnastics experience is preferred but not required, as we will train the successful candidate. Certification will be required within the first year. Time in the gymnastics facility is currently 3 three and a half hours one evening per week, plus planning time, but this is flexible and can be increased. Must love children and understand the importance of physical activity.
Duties include:
-Plan and carry out the Active Start program in the Recreational Gymnastics Program
-Demonstrate and instruct gymnastics activities for children aged 2-5 years
-Monitor gymnastics activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required
-Enforce safety rules and regulations
-Train and supervise staff
