Affinity is looking for someone organized and with great attention to detail to fill the role of Accounting & Finance Administrator. This person will play a supportive role using their accounting skillset to ensure the work units day-to-day operations run efficiently.
What you'll do:
- Perform payables administration and data entry as well as post to our banking system
- Perform general ledger account balancing and reconciliations while maintaining and developing spreadsheets and schedules
- Maintain department procedures and reference documentation, filing systems and accounting records

What you've got:
- High school diploma, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of financial accounting, having completed a university-level financial accounting course
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and accounting programs like Accpac and QuickBooks
