Explore this newly created role as Client Service Manager with a reputable Financial Services firm in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

As the successful applicant, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Advisor/Executive and providing exceptional Client service.

Responsibilities:    
- Support the Senior Advisor in the areas of client service, office operations and administration.  
- Display initiative in preparing documents, providing follow-up, arranging meetings and updating client files.  
- Respond to telephone enquiries, relay messages and provide general information about the company and services.
- Connect and interface with current/prospective clients to obtain information, make appointments and follow up on outstanding items.  
- Ensure clients and employees are treated with respect, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.  

Requirements:
5-10 years of progressive administrative experience, preferably within the financial services sector.

- Motivated, positive personality with strong interpersonal & client relations skills.  
- Good judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter and well organized, with a strong attention to detail.
- A willingness and commitment to professional development and continued industry training

Monday-Friday, 24 to 30 hours/week to start;  flexible hours as agreed, with an opportunity to grow to full-time.
