This is a full-time, 18-month fixed term role, based out of our Regina Distribution Centre (DC). As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting and administering HR functions that contribute to the achievement of specific DC and company-wide Human Resources goals.
Accountabilities:
-Assists with the recruitment process for new employees including conducting pre-screen telephone interviews, scheduling in person interviews, extending job offers, and providing other administrative functions
-Work with operations team to determine labour needs
-Post openings
-Regularly follow-up with our operations team to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans
-Create recruitment campaigns across various social media platforms
-Process criminal record check forms
-Maintain various HR reports
-Provide administrative support to the HR team
-Ad-hoc assignments as required

-Intermediate computer systems knowledge

-Organized with good attention to detail
-Ability to work irregular/extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Education Requirements:
-Post-secondary education preferably in HR
-1-3 years progressive HR experience is an asset
