Description

Yorkton Toyota, a member of Key Auto Group, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Financial Services Manager. We are seeking an individual who has excellent communication skills, extensive customer service knowledge, is detail oriented and upholds high ethical standards to work closely with our Sales and Management Team.  

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the customer to arrange financing, finalize purchases and present extended warranty services and other owner protection programs during completion of the sales contract.  
- Establishing and maintaining a strong working relationship with lenders and financial institutions and working to understand their lending procedures.    
- Explaining all pertinent details to Customers before signatures and ensuring they know when payments are due and what penalties they face when late.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting is preferred, however, not required.  
- Preference will be given to applicants with previous sales and management experience within the financial services or automotive industries.
- Customer focused with the ability to establish rapport and collect and assess information based on customer needs.
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills resulting in the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to comfortably sell products (warranty, vehicle care and servicing and after market add-ons).
- Ability to act with tact, good judgement and discretion, as necessary.
- Criminal record clearance and a valid Class 5 Drivers License are required.
