Supporting the Fixed Operations Department at Yorkton Toyota, the successful candidate will service vehicles with oil changes and other maintenance in addition to providing excellent customer service. This position is an entry point to achieving journeymans status. Some of the expectations associated with this position include maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following safety practices and procedures. The position also requires you to physically work at a rapid pace to complete vehicle inspections and maintenance accurately. A background in customer service and automotive experience is considered an asset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating a high level of energetic response to every customer (on the phone or in person)
- Delivering a positive first impression to each guest with a warm, friendly greeting
- Presenting oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations
- Building trust and encouraging repeat, loyal customers
- Evaluating customers needs and performing services on their vehicles in a timely fashion
- Completing the customer experience by explaining the inspection and services completed and taking payment for these services
