Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Needs to provide support, personal care, and companionship for seniors, persons with disabilities, convalescence, or family disruption.
Light Housekeeping and meal Preparation for residents and maintain cleanliness in the House, especially for Hygiene reasons.
Help with individual considerations, for example, washing, preparing, toileting, and making beds.
May perform routine Health-related duties such as changing non-sterile dressings, assisting in the medications, and collecting specimens under the general direction of home care agency supervisor or nurse.
Help with versatility and moves.
Connect with customers during week by week in-house treatments.
Help Residents to participate in communities and trips.
Maintain Current, Accurate, Confidential Files for each Resident.
Keep in touch with all family, medical care suppliers, social assistance organizations, and different assets engaged with Residents.
Give emergency mediation to Residents.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Applicants would typically qualify through the completion of grade 12 with previous experience of 1-2 years.
Applicants must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to interpret, read, write, and speak English fluently.
