Description

We are looking for a capable administrator to coordinate with clients, technicians and management. Primary responsibility will be to manage technicians daily schedules. This position supports service technicians through providing documentation required to complete installations, organize scheduling, ensure reports are completed fully to the highest standard and safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:

Answering telephones
Customer service, maintaining client base
Dispatching service calls
Overseeing technicians scheduling, including arrangement of accommodations
Reviewing technicians daily reports to ensure they are complete
Putting together basic quotes
Proactively investigating and resolving client problems and recording nature of inquiry
Assisting with walk- in clients
Over the counter sales & customer service
Maintaining the office supplies
Participating regular meetings
Opening and closing the office at 8:00 am and 5:00 pm daily

Proficient coordinating and reporting skills
Strong communication skills - written and on the phone
Organized
Administrative experience (preferred)
Attention to detail
Able to multi-task
