The Manager of Enterprise Information Management is accountable to provide leadership and direction to results driven team(s) or function(s). As a member of SaskEnergys management team, this position is responsible to maximize the development, performance and engagement of staff, including directing work and providing regular performance feedback to ensure alignment with both departmental and corporate goals and objectives. You will be responsible for managing the existing Records Management team, Information & Data team, and building out a new Data Analytics and Intelligence Services team at SaskEnergy.
Qualified applicants will possess
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or other related equivalent education;
- Certified Records Manager (CRM) or Electronic Records Manager (ERM) designation would be considered an asset
- Seven (7) years of related experience in records management
- Five (5) years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data, and someone with at least three (3) years of experience leading a team
- Proven experience as an analytics manager or data scientist would be an asset
- Strong team leader and member with the ability to select and develop staff and influence the performance of others
- Results oriented thinker
- Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation and teamwork
