Saskatoon Truck Centre is hiring an office administrator to begin immediately that would work closely with the owners. Duties would include, but not limited to the following:
-Creating and updating vehicle files
-Organizing and arranging part orders and pick-ups
-Preparing and posting vehicle listings
-Answering phones
-Minor bookkeeping and payment processing
-Other duties as assigned
We are looking for someone with good computer literacy, communication skills, and who works well both in a small team and independently, enjoys the dynamics of working within a family owned and operated local business with a passion for providing great customer service. Previous administrative/dealership experience or an Office Administration diploma is a definite asset. Applicants must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
This is an onsite position that would require roughly 6 hours per day (30hrs/week) with primary hours between 9am 3pm. There is potential for flexibility and can be discussed further.
Starting salary will be based on experience and job performance.
