Wellness and benefits expertise needed
Resident expert on our benefits and wellness programs and policies, youll be responsible for the employee mental health and wellness strategy at FCC. Lead the implementation and maintenance of all HR policies and procedures, deciding how they are communicated. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canadas official languages.

What youll do:
- Provide guidance and support to HR with respect to FCCs policies and benefits and wellness programs
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners
- Develop and implement strategies related to FCCs benefits, pension and health and wellness programs

What were looking for:
- Confident communicator able to deal with change, make decisions and solve problems
- A detailed approach to policy administration
- Extensive benefits knowledge
- A mentor who can support others with policy interpretation

What youll need:
- An undergraduate degree in administration or human resources management and at least three years of benefits experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); CEBS or CPHR designation is an asset
